Welcome to your conference centre in central Chamonix

Insted offers three conference/classrooms with wifi access that can cater up to 30-38 delegates in each room. Our conference rooms include whiteboards, laptop projector, overhead projectors, DVD, VHS video, TV, printers, fax, scanner and copy machines. The facilities also hold a reception and a lounge area with self-service coffee/tea and a small kitchenette.

Our facilities can be rented with or without services included.

If support is needed Insted’s staff can provide you and your group with additional services to make your stay in Chamonix more enjoyable.

Our English/French/Swedish speaking team will also be at your assistance to give advice of activities, places to dine and other useful information about Chamonix and its surroundings. We will happily provide you with ski passes and organise activities and help out with bookings of professional ski instructors and mountain guides. All to make sure you get the most out of your stay in Chamonix.
