Day by day now, the valley of Chamonix is turning into a pallet of beautiful autumn colors. The fresh, crispy mornings and sunny days with an average temperature of 15-20 degrees characterizes this perfect season for trail running.

This photo is from local mountain guides and skiers Stian Hagen and Asmus Norreslet, on an epic day of running last week, having the whole mountain to themselves!

Asmus and Stian went from the hamlet of Trelechamp, taking the trail up and over the Aiguille des Posettes, and further into the Le Tour area. A great day, covering about 20km and 1400 height meters. Also perfect training for the upcoming Trail des Aguilles Rouges race – Sunday the 28th of September.
