Tenerife Accommodation

Accommodation in a host family allows you to get the maximum out of your course. Nowhere else will you so directly experience real Spanish life in Puerto de la Cruz. Nothing could be better to help you improve your language skills. Note that a host family can be an individual person or a traditional family unit. You have the choice of half board (breakfast & dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Normally you will have your own room unless you are traveling with a friend or partner, and then it is possible to share a room.

If you prefer to stay in a student apartment you can choose a private or a shared room. The shared room will be with other students from the school. The flats are fully furnished and have a kitchen or kitchenette with utensils and bathroom. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with the other students in the flat.

Standard option includes: cleaning once a week

Superior option includes: cleaning every day, bed linen & towels, electricity & water charges and internet. Superior apartments are often located closer to the school.

High season supplement: +40€ per week in a shared room and +70€ per week during the carnival from February 27 to March 11.

In Puerto de la Cruz you can choose to book a private apartment with additional service, such as internet and cleaning every day. Please contact Insted directly for more information if you wish to book one of these.

You move in on the Sunday before your course starts, and move out on the Saturday after the course ends.
