On 29th June our Insted teachers Alice and Tristan visited the St Bernard Farm together with our Overland students. Having a ‘hands on’ introduction to the traditional Swiss St Bernard mountain dogs made this a great day whilst learning French.
The students asked a lot of questions and learned a lot about the St Bernard dogs and their habits. They got to meet (and cuddle!) one of the biggest St Bernard dogs on the farm and they were delighted. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were able to stay a little longer after the visit and we used the time to play some educational French games in the sun.
