French Business courses will focus on business vocabulary and expressions in a wide range of topics. The course will help the students move into professional contexts such as formal writing, sales correspondence, reports and reviews. The course also aims to develop the communicative and cultural skills needed for the students to successfully enter into a professional environment.

Semi-Intensive Business English Course - two hours per week given one morning a week 10.00-12.00, or one afternoon a week 16.00 – 18.00.

French Customer Service courses are designed for students of all ability levels who want to work in the tourism industry or who already do so. The aim of this course is to acquire a specific knowledge of French needed to work in the tourism industry: shops, mountain guides, estate agencies, hotels and restaurants. A wide range of methods is used in class to improve your conversation skills, pronunciation, specific vocabulary, grammar and linguistic structure for customer service. The courses will also include role playing and home exercises. The program encourages active student participation.

French Personal Development, Leadership and Management Skills include: Interpersonal Skills (personality and perception, motivation, customer management); Organizational Skills (aims and objectives, organisation and planning, delegation, training needs analysis and good delegation); Strategic Skills (planning for change, the psychology of change, managing growth and down-sizing).
