AVALANCHE COURSE
A one-day avalanche course is organised during the first week of the semester. First you spend half the day in the classroom learning the theory of how to avoid avalanches and some basic rescue techniques.

Then, during the other half of the day you will be on the mountain practicing among other things how to use an avalanche transceiver.
