INSTED offers
three options of accommodation in Chamonix. If
you stay for more than 13 weeks in the winter
you can choose to rent your own place or to share
an apartment. For shorter stays all year around
we offer self-catered studio accommodation.
All our apartments
are conveniently situated in Chamonix within walking
distance of the center of town and the lifts.
They are fully furnished and have a kitchen or
kitchenette with utensils and a private bathroom.
You always move in and out on a Saturday.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FOR NON-STUDENTS
Non-students book accommodation by filling out the booking form and paying a first rent instalment of 25% of the total rent. The remaining rent must be paid at the latest four weeks before your moving-in date. If you book less than four weeks before you move in you need to pay the total rent upfront.

SMALL APARTMENTS?
As a rule of thumb in the
French ski resorts the apartments are small but
well planned.
A two room apartment (one bedroom and a living room,
usually with an open kitchen/ kitchenette) is usually
25-30 m2. Normally four people share this apartment
in our "Shared Room" option. In our "Private
Room" option, two people will share the apartment.
Because of the planning of some apartments we consider
a hallway, a mezzanine or an area that is separated
by a wall or door, as a room.
INSTED have inspected every apartment to make sure
that it is suitable to lodge a certain number of
people. |
