EXCURSIONS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

In order to help the students to learn more about France and the French people and culture, the school in Biarritz provides all year round excursions and cultural activities.

Here are some examples of activities on offer to complement the study experience:

- Cooking and patisserie lessons

- Discovering the nearby vineyards by bicycle

- Boat trips to the ports of Bordeaux and St-Jean de Luz

- Rafting, canyoning and fishing in the Pyrenees

- Cinema club

- Tour of Bordeaux

- Initiation to wine, cheese and oyster tasting

- Excursions to Saint-Emilion, Dune du Pyla, Arcachon, Médoc (visit to the châteaux), Bayonne, Basque villages, Lourdes

- Skiing and/or hikes in the Pyrenees

- Theme evenings ( Halloween, crêpes, buffet campagnard, International dinners, Ethnic dishes, Beaujolais Nouveau…)
